If something doesn't look right

Most publish problems are one of four things. Work through this list before contacting support.

The page shows old content: Your browser may be showing a cached version. Hold Shift and click reload (Cmd + Shift + R on Mac, Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows).

The page returns a 404 or "not found" error: On Pages, confirm the page status is published (not draft) and your subdomain is set in Settings → General.

The wrong page is loading at your site root: On Pages, turn on Site home for exactly one page (the homepage). Only one page can be site home at a time.

The page loads but images are missing: Wait a minute and reload. In Media, confirm the files finished uploading.
